By accessing or using FPV Recycling (fpvrecycling.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

FPV Recycling provides drone buying, selling, and recycling services. All transactions are subject to inspection and verification of the items received.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is determined after physical inspection of the items. We reserve the right to adjust the offer if the condition differs from what was described.

Shipping

We provide prepaid shipping labels for domestic orders. You are responsible for properly packaging items to prevent damage during transit. We are not liable for damage caused by improper packaging.

Payment

Payment is issued within 48 hours of inspection via your chosen method (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or bank transfer). Payments are final once issued.

Refurbished Products

Refurbished products sold by FPV Recycling include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional issues. Warranty does not cover crash damage or user-caused damage.

Limitation of Liability

FPV Recycling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.
